Agreement to terms

By visiting sidarbuilders.com or using any feature of the site — including scheduling a tour, submitting a contact form, or signing up for updates — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms apply to the website only. If you're under contract with Sidar Builders to purchase or build a home, that contract is the controlling document for that relationship.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse our site, share pages with friends, and use the tools we've built — like the floor plan library, the home configurator, and the tour scheduler. We ask that you:

• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or other visitors' use.
• Don't scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content without our written permission.
• Don't impersonate someone else when you submit information.

Calls & texts

When you submit a phone number — for example, when you schedule a tour or request information — you authorize Sidar Builders and people working on our behalf to contact you at that number by phone call and text message about your inquiry and related communications.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing texts won't affect transactional messages (like a tour reminder or a follow-up about an inquiry you started).

Site information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current — floor plans, inventory, pricing, community details, photography, renderings, and incentives. Even so, things change. Prices, availability, plans, and features are subject to change without notice. Renderings and photography are representative and may not reflect the exact home you'd buy. Final terms and details are confirmed in your purchase agreement.

Intellectual property

The Sidar Builders name and logo, our floor plans, our photography, our community designs, the copy on these pages, and the underlying code are owned by Sidar Builders or used with permission. You're welcome to view, share, and link to them. You're not granted any right to copy, modify, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Things you submit

When you submit content to us — a comment, a photo, a question, a referral — you grant Sidar Builders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You're responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.

Third-party services

Our site links to and integrates with third-party services — map providers, social platforms, calendar services, payment processors, and others. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services, not ours. We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." Sidar Builders makes no warranties — express or implied — about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The limited warranty on the home you purchase is a separate document. Nothing in these site terms changes the rights and obligations in your purchase agreement or the limited warranty on your home.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sidar Builders and our affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to one hundred dollars (USD $100).

Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Smith County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
