How it works
It's three steps for you, and a normal home-buying conversation for them.

We take care of them
We reach out warmly, answer their questions, and walk them through the homes and plans that match. You're cc'd at every step if you want to be.
You get $1,000
When they close on their Sidar home, we send your check. Just need a W-9 on file (we'll email it once their contract is signed).
Who's eligible
- You're a current Sidar Builders homeowner — you've closed on a home with us.
- Your referral is someone who isn't already in our system (we keep this simple: if they reached out before you sent them, we honor whoever was first).
- Your referral signs a purchase agreement and closes on their new Sidar Builders home.
- You complete a W-9. We'll send it once their contract is signed; the form is required before we can issue payment.

Or, if you'd rather do it in writing, just send Temple an email with:
- Your name and the best phone or email for you
- Your friend's name and how to reach them
- The address where they're hoping to live, if known
That's it. We do the rest.
Fine print
This program is open to current Sidar Builders homeowners only — someone who has purchased and closed on a home with us. A completed and signed W-9 is required before any referral payment can be issued. Referral payments are issued after the referred buyer closes on their new Sidar Builders home; cancelled contracts don't qualify. Sidar Builders may modify or end this program at any time, with referrals already in motion honored under the terms in place when the referral was submitted.
