Site work, concrete, masonry, carpentry, doors and windows, siding and roofing, finishes, cabinets, and fireplaces — the workmanship and materials on what we built.

Systems
The delivery portion of systems — water supply, plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning. The wiring, piping, and ductwork behind the walls.
10Years
Major structural
Foundation, footings and piers, load-bearing walls, floor and roof framing, beams, headers, and girders. The bones of the house, warranted for a decade.
Insurance-backed by Golden Insurance Company — coverage holds even if the builder can't perform.
Administered by StrucSure, an independent third party with a formal claim process.
Transfers to the next owner during the term at no cost — a real resale advantage.
